Dennings had a relationship with Nick Zano her "2 Broke Girls" co-star from the year 2011 until 2014. She began dating Josh Groban after their breakup. They stayed together till 2016. Dennings started dating singer Andrew W.K. in 2021. In May 2021 they confirmed that their friendship was beginning. Dennings was a an admirer of the singer since 2014. Dennings admitted that while she was Jewish and was raised to become an active member within the Jewish community on a cultural and ethnic basis, religion doesn't play a significant aspect of her daily life.
